I've Been Exactly Where You Are. Here's How I Got Out, and Why I'm Not Leaving Without You.

AuDHD. Latina. Queer. Mother of six. 20+ years in the mental health field.

Look, I understand where you're coming from. I've been there.

I started my career in state hospitals, community mental health, jails, and with the disability and autistic community, over 20 years of it, most of it low pay and a lot of it basically free. I gave myself away becoming a doctorate level therapist. I cared so deeply and worked so hard. And then I almost lost everything anyway.

I was on the verge of bankruptcy after losing $50,000 from insurance not paying me following a cyber attack. That attack put a pause on my payments for months. I hired help to fight for the money I had already earned. They kept rejecting claims. The months went by. And a lot of those insurers decided they just weren't going to pay me because the six-month mark had passed. Just like that. Gone.

I was the primary breadwinner for my family. A mother of six. A person with AuDHD who had gone to school all those years and still felt like there was no thank you at the end of it. A thankless job. And as much as I loved my clients, I had to tell them I couldn't keep taking insurance, because I could not keep absorbing the fear of not being paid again.

Even after I got off panels, it wasn't easy. I fumbled around with marketing. I spent thousands of dollars on website builders and marketers who didn't understand the person I was trying to attract. The copy was wrong. The strategy was wrong. The clients didn't come.

So I did something that felt impossible: I figured it out myself. I paid for mentors and programs. I learned the strategies. I got the messaging right. And the clients started showing up.

I got off insurance completely. I went from $150 an hour to $200. Then $300. Then $400. My intensives are now five days long and start at $10,000. I do them every couple of months, which means I earn significant income and actually have time off. Time with my family. Space to breathe. A nervous system that isn't constantly on fire.

I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you this because I want you to know the door exists, and I know exactly where it is.

I do this work not to fill my pockets. I do it because I want a life worth living and I want to be able to give back to the communities I'm part of as a neurodivergent, queer Latina. I want therapists, especially the misfits, the cycle-breakers, the ones who were never supposed to build wealth, to have the real thing.

My Approach

I weave spiritual practices and neuroscience into everything I do, because real transformation happens when you work with your whole self, not just your business plan.

I give you the tools, the strategy, and the ancestral wisdom to build genuine financial independence. Because the corporate billionaire sharks running the insurance industry are counting on you staying dependent, staying underpaid, and staying too exhausted to fight back.

That ends here.

This work is decolonial. Trauma-informed. Spiritually rooted. Neurodivergent-affirming. And completely unapologetic about all of it.

If you've never fit inside the traditional therapy business world, GOOD! You were never supposed to. You were supposed to burn it down and build something better.
